In our department, academic advisors hold meetings with their advisees at the beginning of each academic year and throughout the semester. Meetings for first-year students are conducted in conjunction with the orientation program.
Key Topics Addressed in Meetings
Meetings are documented using the KYS-FRM-460 Advisor-Student Group Meeting Form; suggestions and concerns raised by students are evaluated by the Department Quality Commission. Meeting minutes from previous years can be accessed via the files below.
